Lãnh Niệm Chi trong đầu luôn suy nghĩ về việc xây dựng một ngôi trường dành cho nữ sinh, thay đổi số mệnh của người phụ nữ, nhưng gặp nhiều khó khăn. Nhờ có Lâm Cửu Ca trợ giúp, trường học nữ sinh mới có thể thành lập. Lâm Cửu Ca mời tới đặt phòng đại úy Long Thiên Vũ trên trường học.

Lâm Cửu Ca thường xuyên ra những hoạt động biện pháp độc đáo nhưng rất khéo léo, lại là người cởi mở nhiệt tình, vì vậy mà Long Thiên Vũ để ý - người mà Cửu Ca theo đuổi, nhưng một ngày nào đó Cửu Ca nhận ra Niệm Chi cũng thích hắn, cả 3 trở vào tình thế khó xử. Lãnh Lập Uy một mực không đồng tình, không coi trọng trường học nữ sinh, gây áp lực lên trường, Lâm Cửu Ca bằng sự thông minh của mình, đã cùng các sinh viên đoàn kết, trợ giúp lẫn nhau, và cuối cùng cũng được chính phủ & công chúng công nhận tầm quan trọng của phụ nữ.
